Corequisite(s): PHY1053L .
Introduction to mechanics, energy, work, rotational dynamics and equilibrium. Intended for science or related majors; not intended for physics or engineering majors. Course work uses algebra and trigonometry. Cannot be used to satisfy degree requirements by students who already have credit in PHY2048 . Lecture: 3 hours.
