This course covers number systems, codes, logic gates, Boolean algebra, logic simplification and combinational logic. Topics also include the theory, concepts and circuits of digital electronics, including decoders, encoders, multiplexers, flip flops, counters and registers used in the applications of combinational and sequential logic. The laboratory exercises cover the measurement and analysis of digital circuits and devices. Contact: 3 hours. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
