This course begins with an exploration of teams and how they work. Manufacturing teams create the opportunity to mix complementary technical work skills to improve the production process. Topics include the principles and tools used by self-directed teams to identify and solve problems in the workplace. Contact: 3 hours. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
