ETI2623 The Lean Enterprise for the Expert3 credit hour(s) | On Demand
Prerequisite(s): satisfactory completion of ETI1622 .
This course provides an overview of lean manufacturing concepts and a working knowledge of the tools required to implement and maintain a lean manufacturing facility. Topics include mistake-proofing, the five S’s for operators, quick changeover, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), cellular manufacturing and the kanban system. Contact: 3 hours. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
