Prerequisite(s): admission to FPSI program.
Students will be introduced to the terms associated with traffic crash investigations, safely responding to a traffic crash scene, assessing the scene of the crash, providing emergency assistance to injured persons, obtaining pertinent information to investigate the crash, documenting the crash on the Florida Traffic Crash Report Forms, returning the scene to normal as quickly as possible, and taking the appropriate enforcement action. 12 clock hours. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
