Telecommunications PSAV Certificate (5011)

Program Purpose:
To prepare students to meet the minimum standards for Public Safety Telecommunications as required by the Department of Health and work as dispatchers for police, fire and ambulance and as emergency medical dispatchers (EMDs).

Program Length:
232 clock hours

Admission Requirements:
Applicant must have a standard high school diploma or GED diploma.
