Help Desk/Technical Support Certificate (6323)

Program Purpose:
To prepare students for entry-level employment in the fields of help desk services and technical support.

Employment Types:
Help Desk Troubleshooter, Technical Support Assistant

Program Length:
33 credit hours

Admission Requirements:
Standard high school diploma or GED diploma and meet the required minimum scores on the Florida Postsecondary Education Readiness Test, SAT or ACT (or complete the necessary developmental courses)
