Program Purpose:
To prepare students to produce fire sprinkler designs, including hydraulics, pipe layout and sprinkler head location with use of CAD and computer technology, for multiple types of fire suppression systems.
Coursework in this program articulates into the Drafting and Design Technology, Building Construction Specialization, A.S. (2135) degree program or the Drafting and Design Technology, Surveying/GIS Specialization, A.S. (2136) degree program.

Admission Requirements:
Admission requirements for TPP programs are the same as admission to the College: standard high school diploma or GED diploma. Most TPP program courses require students to be College-ready, which means the student must have appropriate placement scores, complete any needed developmental education or meet the requirements for a documented exemption.
