Prerequisite(s): satisfactory completion of PLA1003 or permission of the Dean.
This course is designed to provide basic knowledge about the administrative process and specifically Florida Administrative Law, to provide an understanding of functions that the paralegal can provide in this area of practice and to develop the practical skills necessary to assist in performing legal services in the area of administrative law.
