CHD2240 Adolescent Development3 credit hour(s) | Fall | Spring | Summer Prerequisite(s): satisfactory completion of Developmental Writing II (ENC0025 ) and Developmental Reading II (REA0017 ), or appropriate placement scores. A study of cognitive, physical and psychosocial development during adolescence and young adulthood. Substantive issues such as identity formation, interaction with parents, peer group associations, sexuality and psychological problems are discussed. Lecture: 3 hours.
